About the position
The Project Manager will lead telematics fleet installation projects across the United States, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires extensive travel and involves managing various aspects of project delivery, including coordination of installation activities and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products on time and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate installations using mapping software.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to meet project deliverables.
- Monitor and control project schedule and costs.
- Review, understand, and interpret customer specifications and contract requirements.
- Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and problem resolution.
- Ensure professionalism and adherence to code of conduct.
- Ensure quality control across all installations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of installation project management experience.
- 5+ years of installation experience.
- Ability to travel throughout the US for extended periods.
