About the position

As a Project Manager at IBM, you will lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery, focusing on performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. You will be responsible for driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet client expectations, particularly in the context of AI-infused management features for hybrid cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a multi-disciplinary squad environment.
• Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in employee engagement and event management to foster a positive work environment.
• Applied project management experience managing large multidisciplinary and highly visible projects.
