We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Agile project manager to support our Customer Journey Transformation strategy. This hybrid-remote position, based in Dallas, requires extensive experience in Agile methodology, facilitating teams in a virtual environment, and strong executive presence. The ideal candidate will support leadership and subject matter experts to design and implement solutions that transform our customers' experience, build and manage project timelines, and create executive level presentations. The Project Manager 2 is responsible for organizing and leading teams for moderate to large scale and complex projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks and goals. This includes managing the project scope, timeline, budget and resources, as well as providing leadership and guidance to project team members.
