About the position

The Project Manager 3 role at Adecco US, Inc. involves managing the technical implementation of the Billing Support System (BSS) for GFiber. The position requires collaboration with business leads to define and manage business processes and technology roadmaps, ensuring effective change management and the implementation of new ideas within the GFiber culture. The Project Manager will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing complex projects, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps.
• Manage change and implement new ideas effectively within the GFiber culture.
• Interface with partners within and outside of GFiber to gather and synthesize detailed business requirements.
• Assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be).
• Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and manage complex projects to major milestones.
• Develop project justification proposals, business cases, and return on investment estimates.
• Prepare executive briefings and project presentations, obtaining executive approval.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and communicate project status.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
