About the position

The Hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager at Hexagon IT Solutions is responsible for managing and coordinating the technology needs of clients from the end of the sales process through the completion of software implementation. This role involves working closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery of proprietary software, providing ongoing support and training, and acting as a liaison between clients and the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project technology needs from the end of the sales process to successful software implementation.
• Execute product delivery processes and procedures, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Coordinate and test access to applicable data sources or APIs for seamless integration with software.
• Configure Hexagon's proprietary software to align with client business needs and goals.
• Become a subject matter expert in Hexagon's products to provide high-level service to clients.
• Train clients on software platforms to ensure effective use of tools.
• Assist sales and marketing teams by participating in sales calls, demos, and creating supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot errors and implement or recommend solutions for smooth software operation.
• Record product defects and deliver them to the product management team for continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on additional Hexagon IT Solutions services that may enhance their business.

Requirements

• Some experience in sales or outreach.
• Basic understanding of websites and technology.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software configuration and data integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or certification proving qualifications.
