About the position

The Activation Project Manager at Children's Specialized ABA is responsible for overseeing the activation of new ABA centers in New Jersey and surrounding areas. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly openings of centers, while also managing multiple projects and fostering cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Define deliverables and timelines for all activations in collaboration with leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate streamlined communication regarding Center openings.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead meetings with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to assist with tasks and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and direct large-scale issues to appropriate teams during the implementation process.
  • Evaluate the real estate portfolio in partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Provide advisory services across the Center portfolio and direct corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations on project status to ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with Design and Construction, and/or Real Estate
  • PMP and/or LEAN certification preferred
  • Experience with Smartsheet project management tools preferred
  • Healthcare operations experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management
  • Experience with conflict resolution
