About the position

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the utility industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires meticulous coordination of project teams, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and track expenditures for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying necessary resources and KPIs.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desired.
