About the position

The Project Manager - Agile role is focused on leading and managing technology projects using Agile and waterfall methodologies. The position requires strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing vendor relationships, and implementing risk management strategies while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track project budgets and report any deviations early.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Work with and manage vendors, both onshore and offshore.

• Strong knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
