About the position
The Americas Business Process Reengineering (BPR) team at Apple is seeking a project manager to oversee regional projects from an operations perspective. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of solutions while ensuring effective communication and alignment among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional projects from an operations perspective.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure alignment and communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executives.
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving project teams toward desired outcomes.
- Maintain poise and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Five years of experience managing complex and global projects in Supply Chain and Operations.
- Five years of experience in implementation, process improvement, technical documentation, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional Project Management or Continuous Improvement certification (PMP, SAPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Detailed knowledge of Supply and Demand planning fundamentals with operational experience.
- Experience using project management software.
