Responsibilities

  • Coach the development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure project progression.
  • Apply Scrum principles to resolve routine problems and facilitate team processes.
  • Utilize tools like Jira and Microsoft Office for process improvements and project management.
  • Analyze project scopes and requirements to ensure project success.
  • Track project processes and control, analyzing the impact of deliverables on program accomplishments.
  • Review and present reports on analysis findings to higher management.
  • Support activities related to program documentation and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with project management and technical writing.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as Jira, Kanban, Agile SAFe, continuous integration, and continuous testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams online collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of project control and Scrum techniques such as definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
  • Ability to implement elements of a project life cycle.
  • Ability to coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Project.
  • 1+ years of experience in Risk Management.
  • Experience with Project Management frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
