About the position

The Project Manager - Architectural Designer at TDSi is responsible for overseeing architectural projects, ensuring quality design and client satisfaction while managing project timelines and deliverables. The role requires a strong understanding of sustainable design principles, proficiency in Revit, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess leadership qualities, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
  • Prepare architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
  • Review design documents and construction estimates.
  • Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
  • Oversee project scheduling and manage the project management lifecycle to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement project management methodologies.
  • Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders while promoting sustainable design practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or similar field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation.
  • Proven experience in project management and the project management lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and scope management.
  • Experience with budgeting and risk management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
  • Digital rendering skills a plus.
