BL Companies is seeking a Project Manager in Architecture to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving all technical and design aspects of project rollouts, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in the successful management of ground-up buildings and existing building renovations. Candidates with experience in client program roll-outs are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the building permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions in Pennsylvania, utilizing your developed sense of how to expedite these processes. You will plan, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate activities across multiple disciplines on projects of varying sizes, from conception through to completion. Additionally, you will develop, manage, and monitor internal work plans to ensure the successful completion of projects at various stages. Monitoring and reporting on both internal and external measures of project profitability and performance will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As part of your duties, you will participate in business development and proposal processes, as well as contract negotiations. You will manage multiple staff members, assess staffing needs, and recommend project personnel to ensure that all projects are adequately supported.
