About the position

The Project Manager - Brand & Creative Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication between various teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand projects. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including kickoff meetings, resource assessment, and project execution.
  • Act as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all relevant channels.
  • Lead review meetings with creative leads, tracking feedback and facilitating updates with internal and external creative partners.
  • Manage external partner communication, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables in line with strategy expectations.
  • Coordinate and anticipate creative team needs while ensuring accountability across multiple brand projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and streamline communication between internal teams and external agencies.

Requirements
