About the position

The Project Manager - Brand Marketing at ITG Brands is responsible for leading the initiation, planning, development, and execution of various marketing projects, including new product launches and pricing initiatives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The position emphasizes strong project management skills and the ability to analyze project performance and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, development, and execution of assigned marketing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain the end-to-end project plan, highlighting critical paths and variances.
• Develop timelines, risk management strategies, and status reports to meet project milestones.
• Track and monitor initiatives and performance, analyzing impacts on consumers and the company.
• Lead project team meetings to drive task completion and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate platform and project reviews, gathering and presenting results to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor project deliverables to ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop necessary project management tools and templates for business requirements.
• Engage with marketing and senior leadership to provide visibility and analysis of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a project manager leading complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMI, PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred or 7+ years related experience with 3+ years as a project manager.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
