Project Manager, Brand Marketing

About the position

We are seeking a skilled Special Projects Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This role will support strategic initiatives within the Brand Marketing group. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Executive Director and contribute to managing high-impact projects and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage special projects related to brand marketing and strategy.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Analyze project performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead event planning and execution, including global conferences and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand strategy and project management (preferred).
• Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns and special projects.
• Strong strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with event management, budgeting, and performance metrics analysis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to be on-site as needed.
• BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
