About the position

The Project Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty's Sales Enablement team is responsible for coordinating and managing brokerage initiatives and projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. This role requires strong project management and client communication skills to maintain high standards in client service, along with a basic understanding of clients' business challenges to provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with CBR Sales Enablement team and other internal partners to ensure the services offered by the team are understood, documented, conveyed and reflected in the scope and approach of each project
  • Update and monitor project workflows and status reports to ensure materials are current, produced with accuracy and on time
  • Provide exemplary customer service support to clients and maintain good communication with all stakeholders
  • Assist with change management and address any project related issues as they arise
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute insights to help drive project success
  • Prioritize activities and take prompt action based on an understanding of departmental objectives and business needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a sales environment; with 2-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously with pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management tools and their applications
  • Experience creating and editing presentation decks using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer focused approach
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to an evolving organization while taking ownership to meet objectives
  • Team player with excellent relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and present key information objectively and collaborate effectively with teams and leadership.
