Effective communication of project statuses to direct reports is also a key responsibility, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The position demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage processes rather than people, as it does not involve direct management of other team members. The work environment is fast-paced, with an expectation of 45 to 50 hours of work per week, and team members often average between 45 to 60 hours weekly. The ideal candidate will be someone who can integrate well into the team and contribute positively to the overall project management process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and discuss Pareto Charts.
  • Manufacturing business experience.
  • Construction Management experience.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Project Management Certificate.
