About the position

Trupanion is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional projects within a collaborative and pet-friendly environment. This role involves managing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and implementation while working closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead all aspects of complex cross-functional projects
• Own and drive the complete project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery and implementation
• Work with stakeholder(s) to establish and define a yearly program road-map
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to solicit and create project requirements
• Effectively engage multiple stakeholders and projects/tasks simultaneously
• Identify requirements, dependencies, and risks to support project planning and work back calendars
• Communicate key information, updates, and decisions with appropriate stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated strategic planning ability
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to build rapport across functional areas
• Ability to resolve ambiguity and conflict
