In addition to strategic planning, the Project Manager will lead the development and execution of communication plans to keep Pride members informed, manage expectations, and proactively address concerns. This includes collaborating with Marketing to craft compelling messaging and channels for change announcements and ongoing updates, as well as working with Education Services to design engaging training programs that ensure Pride member understanding and capability with new processes, technologies, or structures. The role also emphasizes fostering open communication through change forums, Q&A sessions, and interactive workshops. The Project Manager will manage people-related projects effectively, using established methodologies to collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, assign resources, and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed are crucial aspects of this role. Building strong relationships with talent leaders and team members across the organization is essential, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor on change enablement best practices, providing guidance and support to HRBPs and team leads. Effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences and collaborating with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth implementation are also key responsibilities. Finally, the Project Manager will measure the success of change initiatives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption and engagement.
