About the position

The Project Manager - Change Management position at Wells Fargo is a contract role based in Charlotte, NC, with alternative locations available in Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, St. Louis, MO, and San Antonio, TX. This position is expected to last for a duration of 6 months and is classified as a W2 engagement. The role involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management, contributing to large-scale planning related to these deliverables. The Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This includes contributing to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consulting with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. In this role, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with client personnel in Project Management, ensuring that all project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner. The position requires strong experience in Regulatory Change Management, particularly within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will possess good Project Management skills, strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), and a working knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence. Previous experience working in an Agile environment is also highly desirable, as it will aid in the successful execution of project tasks and collaboration with team members.
