About the position

The Project Manager - Change Management II position at SPECTRAFORCE involves supporting the Program Manager and Business Analyst in the development of communication and impact documentation aimed at effectively messaging to the larger organization. This role is crucial in facilitating the transition from the current state to the desired future state through process mapping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and change management, particularly in the context of transformation and operational excellence initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive communication plans, assessing the impacts of changes, and developing strategies to manage these changes effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the change process are communicated clearly and that the organization is prepared for the transition. Your expertise will be vital in helping the organization navigate through changes smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged throughout the process. Responsibilities

  • Support Program Manager and Business Analyst in creating communication and impact documentation.
  • Assist in current state to to-be process mapping.
  • Develop communications, impacts, and change plans.

Requirements

  • 4 years of related experience in communication and change impacts supporting transformation and/or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with tools for process mapping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in change management.
