About the position

The Project Manager Change Management role at Aston Carter involves leading the implementation of a new global technology platform and enhancing the global client experience program. The position focuses on risk identification, mitigation planning, and developing change management communication strategies across a matrixed organization to foster a client-centric culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals.
  • Develop a robust project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management internal communications strategy.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with CX team and data experts to oversee the mapping and profiling of data sources.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate testing efforts and ensure comprehensive validation of data post-migration.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of a global technology platform and business transformation projects.
  • Fluent user of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Experience with customer experience management (CEM) software, such as Medallia or Qualtrics is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI) are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) experience management platform.
