About the position

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide expertise and guidance to project teams working to successfully complete program improvement projects and initiatives in support of Change Management activities. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 4 years of experience in Project Management and Change Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. This role requires a strong background in developing project schedule timelines that reflect major tasks such as planning, design, procurement, and testing, which are essential to completing projects effectively. In addition to the required experience, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working at the Senior Executive level, successfully coordinating or running multiple projects simultaneously as a program. Advanced meeting facilitation skills are crucial, along with knowledge and experience in implementing business continuity capabilities in a federal utility environment or similar high-availability environment. The ability to work with a diverse group across business units to elicit both technical and business process requirements is essential. Candidates should also possess a working knowledge of software development planning, functional and technical specifications, and life-cycle management. Accurately assessing and estimating project costs is a key responsibility, as is the experience in organizing and analyzing detailed information and presenting it in various formats for business, executive, and technical audiences. Responsibilities
