About the position

The CX Change and Project Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of the global client listening program at Aston Carter. This position involves leading change management communications and project management efforts to implement a new global technology platform and redesign the existing global client experience program, ensuring a client-centric culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals, and develop a robust project plan.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and facilitating efficient communication.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management internal communications strategy, providing regular updates to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans, conducting thorough risk assessments to prevent project delays.
  • Oversee the mapping and profiling of data sources in collaboration with the CX team and data experts.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and address any deviations promptly.
  • Coordinate testing efforts and ensure comprehensive validation of data post-migration.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of a global technology platform and business transformation projects.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI) are a plus.
  • Fluent user of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with customer experience management (CEM) software, such as Medallia or Qualtrics, is an advantage.
