About the position

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
- Identify and actively pursue project opportunities to secure work.
- Effectively manage multi-discipline project teams for various transportation projects.
- Provide staff supervision and promote individual professional growth.
- Assist group leadership in developing and implementing strategic growth plans.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or ability to become licensed within six months of hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, technical, and analytical skills.
- Proven supervisory and team building skills.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing transportation projects, including preliminary and final design.
- Experience with Design-Build projects is a plus.
- Proficient in managing projects using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/Geopak.
