About the position
KEITH is seeking a Project Manager to join our Miami, FL office, focusing on civil engineering and land development projects. The role involves managing the planning, design, production, and construction phases of engineering projects for both private and public-sector clients, with an emphasis on site development, stormwater management, and related improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage workload through the duration of the project lifecycle
- Perform engineering calculations, data research, and analysis
- Prepare contract documents utilizing AutoCAD
- Coordinate activities with other disciplines, both internally and externally
- Participate and contribute to design and production meetings
- Research, evaluate, compile, and prepare material for permit applications
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- PE in Florida
- 7+ years of experience
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-starter with a good attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
