As a Project Manager with GDOT experience, you will oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception through completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with GDOT standards and regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will utilize your expertise to navigate the complexities of civil engineering projects and contribute to the successful execution of our portfolio. In this position, you will lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, GDOT requirements, and company standards. You will oversee all aspects of project compliance with GDOT regulations, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring that all project documentation and reporting meet GDOT standards. You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Additionally, you will identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address and resolve issues proactively. Quality assurance will be a key focus, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and adheres to engineering specifications and safety regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GDOT representatives, and other project stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, while monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control and financial performance in line with project goals.
