Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents.
• Analyze project survey data and existing site conditions, including legal descriptions and easement documents.
• Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate execution of project-based tasks.
• Prepare technical reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology studies and project schedules.
• Provide construction-related services and support junior team members in permit applications and quantity estimates.
• Utilize engineering software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D, to complete assignments on time and within budget.
• Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with potential for career advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management within civil engineering or land development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software packages.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and project analysis.
