The Project Manager position at M2 Group, LLC involves overseeing a variety of civil engineering projects, particularly in residential and commercial site development. The role emphasizes planning, executing, and managing projects from conception to completion while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. The position also includes mentoring team members and representing the company in client interactions and public presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diverse residential and commercial projects.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage project activities.
• Ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Manage client expectations, project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide support for project deliverables using Civil 3D as needed.
• Represent M2 Group with clients and coordinate team efforts.
• Present to various public boards during the entitlement process.
• Mentor and coach team members as expertise grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in commercial or residential site design, entitlement processes, and permitting.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, time management, organization, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
