About the position

The Project Manager position at TalentSource Staffing involves overseeing and leading design projects in the Civil or Structural Engineering sector. The role requires managing project teams, ensuring quality control, and driving client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery. The Project Manager will also participate in business development activities and mentor staff while maintaining project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead design on various projects with a project-based team of engineers and designers.
• Communicate project needs within the firm to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop code compliant and cost-effective structural systems based on client information.
• Prepare structural design calculations and analysis models to support project development.
• Collaborate with support staff in Revit modeling and preparation of detailed construction drawings.
• Perform Construction Administration services including reviewing specifications and shop drawings, and conducting site inspections.
• Participate in client meetings, conferences, and presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 5+ years of active and successful structural design experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration is required; Structural Engineering (SE) registration is encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills in a collaborative setting.
• Competence in AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, Navisworks, and Building Information Modeling.
