About the position
VIDA Diagnostics Inc is seeking a Clinical Trial Project Manager to lead global clinical trials utilizing medical imaging. This role involves collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and trial sites to manage timelines and deliverables effectively, ensuring the successful development of medical therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally at VIDA to support clinical site needs and meet Sponsor goals and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage project start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
- Maintain ongoing contact with Sponsors for project-specific issues, serving as the primary contact for all project team members.
- Track study status and progress according to milestones, identifying potential issues and developing solutions with the team.
- Develop trial management charter, including defining KPIs, scheduling, resource plan, risk management plan, and communication plan.
- Assess impact of changes in scope and communicate with Sponsor clinical team and VIDA team members.
- Accurately report on project status and metrics for finance and invoicing purposes.
- May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with a minimum of 3 years of related imaging or medical device industry experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Prior experience with clinical trials is preferred.
- Experience working at or with CROs is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Strong risk management skills.
- Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice for clinical trials in the US and/or Europe, and local regulations is preferred.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
