About the position

The Project Manager at Radiant Technology Group Inc. is responsible for overseeing multiple audio-visual projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that projects meet the requirements of time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Review SOWs and project contracts to determine risks and required resources.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
• Communicate timely with stakeholders regarding change orders and product delays.
• Accountable for escalation and resolution of project-related issues.
• Prepare status reports on resource utilization and milestone completion.
• Maintain accurate files and records of project status and activities.
• Develop and maintain trust and rapport with stakeholders.
• Evaluate projects upon completion and deliver assessments to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in construction or technology industry.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in the AV/Telecommunications industry preferred.
• Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
• Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
