About the position

The Project Manager for Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from initiation to closeout. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. The position involves direct interaction with customers and suppliers, as well as coordination with project site contacts to manage material deliveries and resolve jobsite issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial construction projects from booking through closeout phase.
• Prepare and review project documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and submittal packages.
• Track material deliveries and coordinate with project site contacts.
• Utilize internal scheduling and detailing software programs.
• Participate in internal meetings focused on continuous improvement.
• Interface directly with customers and suppliers to address jobsite issues.
• May assist with estimating based on branch office needs.

Requirements

• Mid-level project management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in commercial construction project management.
