About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion in the commercial glass and glazing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage projects using project management software.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure all needs are captured.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Prepare technical documentation and products for submittals.
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure a successful project.
• Order required specified products for timely production and installation.
• Attend regular status meetings with team members to identify challenges and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass and glazing industry.
• Project scheduling experience.
• Strong time management abilities.
