Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure project success.
- Spend 50% of time in the field managing hands-on activities.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing management experience.
- Qualifications in construction or engineering (desirable).
- Experience working with subcontractors and in-house crews.
