About the position
SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee key client projects in the construction and installation of fueling and charging stations. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, manage project performance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, with scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation by coordinating job duties and delegating tasks to construction crews and sub-contractors
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure all safe work practices are being followed
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Estimate costs of goods or services
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the energy solutions or construction industry
- Familiarity with environmental compliance regulations
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar)
