About the position

As a Project Manager/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project-level activities and managing material logistics for our rapidly growing Fiber Infrastructure projects in the Quincy - Lynnwood area along Hwy 2. This position is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to the successful execution of fiber network infrastructure installations. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the project timelines and budgetary constraints. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments, including Accounting, Planning, and Project Management, as well as with our contractors. Your ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with these teams will be essential in ensuring that assigned projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be tasked with monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep the projects on track. This is a growth-oriented opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in project management but also have a strong understanding of utility infrastructure construction. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of these projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project-level activities and material logistics for fiber infrastructure projects.
  • Manage activities for installations of fiber network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Planning, and Project Management teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in utility infrastructure construction is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other relevant programs.
  • Heavy Equipment Experience Required.
  • Construction Management or Engineering Degree or Certification is preferred.
