About the position
The Project Manager, Corporate Development at Illumina plays a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Development Leadership Team by tracking and reporting on M&A integration activities and strategic partnerships. This position is essential for maintaining effective communication and organization within the team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and align with the company's mission to expand access to genomic technology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain current dashboards and reports showcasing key deals in progress for the Corporate & Business Development leadership team.
- Develop and maintain a centralized location for all deal pipeline dashboards, documents, tools, and reports for appropriate CBD Leadership access.
- Support project management of M&A integration projects, including planning, tracking, and assisting the integration leader with program management.
- Manage low and moderately complex projects requiring analysis of various factors to determine appropriate actions.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships.
- Develop project plans with deal owners for projects across Corporate Development, including M&A and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project management or corporate development.
