About the position
As a Project Manager in Corporate and Business Development at Illumina, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Corp Dev Leadership Team by tracking and reporting on activities and deliverables related to M&A integration and strategic partnerships. This position involves maintaining dashboards, managing project plans, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to facilitate successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain current dashboards and reports showcasing key deals in progress for the Corporate & Business Development leadership team.
- Develop and maintain a centralized location for all deal pipeline dashboards, documents, tools, and reports for appropriate CBD Leadership access.
- Support project management of M&A integration projects, including planning, tracking, and assisting the integration leader with program management.
- Manage low and moderately complex projects requiring analysis of various factors and exercising judgment within defined procedures.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships.
- Develop project plans with deal owners for projects across Corporate Development, including M&A and partnerships.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
