Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to focus on planning and managing deliverables for a specific set of initiatives, partnering closely with assigned Value Stream team in engineering to deliver key priorities for the year. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder objectives. This role involves identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will manage the execution of deliverables from initiation through to stabilization, control scope, execute the change management process when needed, and ensure timely resolution of risks and project roadblocks. In this position, you will plan and manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet the Value Stream's commitments. You will develop and actively manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and resources to deliver program objectives. Leading and directing matrixed project teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and scope will be a key responsibility. You will proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and strategic issues that may impact the team's ability to meet goals. Participation in and/or leading the development of key project deliverables such as charters, project plans, issue logs, test plans, and cutover plans will also be required. Additionally, you will ensure that upstream and downstream impacts are identified, communicated, and aligned from team members to senior leadership. You will adopt and execute existing rhythm of business meetings, including communications, meetings, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership. Serving as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, you will course-correct as needed and create and monitor measures of success/KPIs for the program and projects. Continuous improvement of processes and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance the entire project and service lifecycle will be essential.
