About the position

As an Onboarding Project Manager at CENTEGIX, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients implementing the CrisisAlert safety platform. Your role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams. You will focus on delivering a positive customer experience while driving project execution and collaboration across departments to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation process for new Safety Platform and conversion customers.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), fielding questions from customers and recommending best practices.
  • Coordinate equipment installation with customers and installation teams, maintaining communication throughout the process.
  • Create large scale installation and project schedules, ensuring all prerequisites and dependencies are met.
  • Assist customers with testing plans and ensure testing is scheduled, completed, and issues resolved.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among all departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of customer solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues early on, developing mitigation plans proactively.
  • Focus on delivering a positive onboarding experience for the customer, prioritizing their success throughout the process.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and successes.
  • Cross-train on other components of the Safety Platform to onboard new customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management role
  • Software Application Customer Onboarding experience required
  • Education Technology software experience is a plus
  • Experience with Monday.com and/or Salesforce or similar tools
  • Ability to work within multiple time zones in the USA
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer-facing experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite or equivalent tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
