About the position

The Professional Services Project Manager at McGraw Hill plays a crucial role in providing professional learning services and support for clients utilizing McGraw Hill's math solutions. This position focuses on fostering relationships with educational institutions, ensuring effective implementation of curriculum, and delivering ongoing professional development to educators. The role requires significant travel and collaboration with school leaders to enhance student learning experiences through data-driven insights and tailored support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a relationship with and serve as the primary liaison between the McGraw Hill Math Solutions team and the Allentown School District.
  • Collaborate with school and district leaders to create an ongoing implementation plan, including curriculum alignment and usage expectations.
  • Ensure a coordinated and timely launch and full-year implementation across the district and schools.
  • Consult with the district regularly to execute the detailed implementation plan.
  • Provide professional learning support onsite and online, including workshops and individual consulting sessions.
  • Monitor program usage by analyzing data and coordinating with users to adjust classroom practices.
  • Coordinate district-wide initiatives and build internal district capacity for rapid student growth.
  • Communicate regularly with school and district leadership to identify barriers to implementation and provide solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate high-level leadership meetings to review data and support implementation.
  • Act as the point of contact for all customer support and manage deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in secondary math education with an understanding of standards mastery and personalized learning.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in education, math, or educational technology preferred.
  • Bilingual candidate preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities and abilities.
  • Familiarity with major operating systems, browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office suite, and Internet concepts.
