About the position

The Project Manager for Design/Construction at GE Aerospace is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project delivery processes, and managing project financials and schedules. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and deliverables while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. The Project Manager will initially support USA-based projects with potential growth into global project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects and Teams through the Tollgate Project Delivery process.
• Utilize Tollgates and Tollgate Tools/Templates.
• Manage Project Financials.
• Manage Project Schedules.
• Select and Organize Project Design Standards and Playbooks.
• Manage project contracts.
• Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop project contracting strategies and deliverables.
• Drive construction site safety with zero (0) Level A/B/C/PSE events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited university or college or an Architectural degree from an NAAB accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Design and Project Management.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Design and Project Management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• OSHA 10-Hour training.
