About the position

The Project Manager (PjM) at GE Aerospace is responsible for providing comprehensive project management services for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects. This role involves consulting on project delivery processes, managing project financials and schedules, and ensuring compliance with the Tollgate process. The PjM will work on various projects including greenfield developments, equipment upgrades, and building retrofits, while driving project completion in alignment with GE Aerospace's core values of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects and Teams through the Tollgate Project Delivery process.
• Utilize Tollgates and Tollgate Tools/Templates.
• Manage Project Financials.
• Manage Project Schedules.
• Select and Organize Project Design Standards and Playbooks.
• Manage project contracts.
• Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop project contracting strategies and deliverables.
• Drive construction site safety with zero Level A/B/C/PSE events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited university or college or an Architectural degree from an NAAB accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Design and Project Management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Design and Project Management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• OSHA 10-Hour training.
