About the position

Responsibilities
- Lead and run projects within Gas Service Central for business process transformations.
- Drive and support the implementation of initiatives like PLM360 and S4E-Unify, focusing on Service Lifecycle Management.
- Engage and collaborate with various capabilities and organizations to align digital transformation goals.
- Structure complex topics into actionable steps and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Contribute to change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, defining mitigation strategies.
- Manage and prioritize requirements and expectations of key business collaborators, fostering strong relationships.
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution, escalating unsolved issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital tool and process changes across global locations.
- Proficiency in business process management.
- Experience with Teamcenter or S4/HANA, with integration experience being a plus.
- Strong communication skills and experience in organizational change.
