About the position

The Project Manager for Digital Marketing Development at JRT is responsible for managing and executing innovative digital marketing projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for digital project management, ensuring that projects align with the agency's business goals and are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complex IT projects from planning and development through implementation and monitoring, adhering to Agile standards and methodologies.
• Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs using Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum or Kanban.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Provide support to project teams.
• Manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders across all agency departments.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to agency processes.

Requirements

• Proven working experience (3+ years) as a technical, development-based project manager in the advertising/marketing agency development side or relevant professional services industry sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Solid technical background with practical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a structure, following standardized processes and contributing to the development of new processes within the agency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
