About the position

Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in San Diego, CA, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Account Services team. This fully remote position is ideal for a project management expert with a strong background in digital marketing and creative services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing omnichannel digital marketing projects, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing assignments across at least $200k in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). The individual will support the account services department by coordinating with internal and external clients, organizing project meetings, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This includes creating and managing client call agendas, sending follow-up notes with action items, and providing weekly updates to clients. The Project Manager will also be responsible for reviewing client projects on Monday.com, ensuring that all items are tracked and completed in a timely manner. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams, including Reporting, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Email, Social, and Web Development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about analytics, reporting, and the creative process. Additionally, the Project Manager will serve as a flex resource for client communication in the absence of the Omnichannel Director or Omni Strategist, acting as the point of contact for clients when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assignment projects across at least $200k in MRR at once.
  • Support the account services department and collaborate with internal marketing teams in developing and maintaining projects and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients on project meetings.
  • Organize with Strategists and Account Managers to create and maintain client call agendas.
  • Send call agendas and follow-up notes with action items before and after client meetings.
  • Organize and maintain client agendas in Slack, Monday.com, and Google Drive.
  • Send weekly cross-channel updates to clients.
  • Manage and review client projects on Monday.com, including reviewing items several times a week, closing completed items, and following up with internal teams on items that are behind.
  • Partner with the Marketing Strategist on overall project fulfillment and ensure projects are progressing on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the client's projects are fully realized by identifying and solving the client's business and/or creative problems through project management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and client teams to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' project management experience in a creative and/or advertising agency.
  • Digital marketing project management experience in Paid Media, Email, SEO, and creative or strong creative experience with excellent communication and analytics/reports skills.
  • Expert collaborator, able to engage and work well cross-functionally with internal teams (Reporting, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Email, Social, and Web Development, etc.).
  • Highly motivated with an organized and goal-driven aptitude for growth and learning.
  • High positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly with others.
  • Experience in creative production, with the ability to coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams from the conception of a project to delivery of assets with detail orientation, enthusiasm for the process, resourcefulness, and exceptional client services.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
