The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders and team members to communicate project requirements, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress for content and creative projects.
• Coordinate multiple project staff team members across various projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Gather necessary staff and stakeholders to set project scopes and develop executable plans.
• Allocate schedules, project scope, assets, and budget for projects.
• Communicate project requirements and timelines clearly to all relevant parties.
• Proactively communicate to keep projects on track and follow up with project staff.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep, identifying potential problems early.
• Provide solutions to management for any project conflicts that arise.
• Align resource allocation to ensure proper project prioritization.
• Regularly report on project status, scopes, and budgets.
• Provide training and education on project management tools and systems as needed.
