About the position

YETI is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Project Manager to support the digital product team. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products, ensuring that projects are completed on time and aligned with strategic goals. The Project Manager will work closely with product managers and designers to facilitate communication and organization within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and help plan resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Take diligent notes in meetings, sharing them out to stakeholders to drive efficient and thorough follow-ups.
• Lead regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
• Oversee and track project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in digital product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, primarily JIRA, as well as Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
