As a Project Manager at Sigma Technologies, you will be responsible for managing small to large-scale complex projects from initiation to close-out. This role requires you to liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, accurate reporting, and schedule management. You will also be tasked with maintaining and growing client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to contractual agreements. Your responsibilities will include establishing, tracking, and controlling project costs, scope, schedule, and budget. You will lead kickoff meetings, collaborate with project engineers, and develop high-level project workflows. Additionally, you will prepare project change orders, monitor key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. As part of your role, you will ensure the orderly closure of projects, including finalizing all activities, obtaining client acceptance, and conducting post-project evaluations. You will also be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, identifying potential risks, and maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders. Building and nurturing client relationships will be crucial, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, with an initial two-week in-person paid orientation and training at the main office in Perrysburg, OH.
